DeSales University was ranked third in the Best Online Colleges in Pennsylvania for 2015 by Affordable Colleges Online.
The group focused on undergraduate programs that are offered through the school’s ACCESSprogram and noted that courses are offered in two formats: synchronous, where students and instructors log on at the same time for a virtual class; and asynchronous, where students can log on at any time during the week to complete coursework and review materials.
Scoring metrics for the rankings included: count of online bachelor’s degrees available, student-faculty ratio (undergraduate), 6-year graduation rate, percentage of students receiving financial aid, availability of academic/career counseling services
DeSales also offers online degrees and courses in its graduate programs.
